The Take6 Scholarship Program allows eligible students to enroll in up to 6 credit hours tuition-free. Eligibility requirements are as follows:
- Applicants must be Indiana residents and high-achieving seniors who qualify for free or reduced lunch at their high schools or are 21st Century Scholars. Students with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher have the strongest chance for admission.
- Applicants must submit an application, official transcript, and essay by June 15 for fall admission or October 15 for spring admission. Earlier submissions are recommended to ensure availability of courses.
- Students must type a one-page essay about their major and career goals and how the TAKE6 program will help them achieve those goals.
- Students typically take one 3 credit hour class per semester and are responsible for mandatory fees, books, and travel expenses that are not covered by the scholarship.
